My Own Personal Fan Club: The JMU Feminists

I think that it needs to be exposed that there is a website affiliated with the JMU Women’s studies and JMU Women’s Faculty  Caucus that attacks JMU College Republicans members and on it, and on it a student even admitted to stealing our posters! But did they do anything about it? NO!
I just came across a post attacking me for what I wrote in the school newspaper.  So much for the free and open exchange of ideas! They use one of their best liberal tools: personal attacks, not actually attacking …

JMU Alum bullies conservatives

After hearing Glenn Beck tell students to where these instances as a badge of honor, I’m not going to be afraid to expose liberals when they try to bully us conservatives into apologizing for their actions.
A few months ago I posted a rude email that I recieved from an alumni and she didn’t like it! Instead of just personally asking me to take off of the website, she had a lawyer contact me and try to bully and scare me into taking it off. Well after consulting with my …

Glenn Beck Conservative College Students May 13

I am the chairwoman of the only conservative group at James Madison University, which is named after the father of the constitution, and I had the audacity to bring a conservative speaker, Kate Obenshain, to speak on the Failures of Feminism.  I also spent the whole semester expressing my concerns to my professor that is the adviser for the school newspaper about how liberally biased it is.  For those reasons I was targeted by this self-proclaimed liberal male professor because I am a conservative woman who will not bend to …

Putting an End to Charity

There is something I’ve been wondering for a while.  What’s with all the wealthy democrats? I’ve encountered them and heard stories of them for quite some time- from wealthy democrats of Newport to petite blonde mothers driving big SUVs with Obama stickers on the back.  Why are they democrats? why do they support Obama-care? Don’t they have money to lose in all of this…
Well one obvious answer is that these democrats simply use the poor minorities as numbers and pawns to win their game.  Isn’t that reminiscent of their sudden …

Healthcare is NOT a right

Article taken from Perspectives – http://www.onenewsnow.com/Perspectives/Default.aspx?id=948956
David Smith
Like many Americans across the nation, I watched intensely as Congress debated and ultimately passed the onerous healthcare “reform” bill Sunday evening. One main point of contention is the idea — affirmed by some radically “progressive” lawmakers — that healthcare is a “right.” This is nothing short of socialistic propaganda.
The implicit claim in the assertion that healthcare is a “right” is that it is a constitutionally protected right. All experts agree that healthcare is neither a constitutional nor a legal right. In America we …

Anne Coulter: “Victim of Hate Crime”

Emily Buck
Anne Coulter, currently on a speaking tour in Canada, claims that she was a victim of a hate crime after she was sent an email by the University of Ottawa warning her to watch her language and after the protesters outside of her speaking arrangement were so dangerous that she was not able to enter the building to speak.
God forbid it was an African American, a muslim, or even a communist speaking- then liberals around the world would be screaming “hate crime”.  But a white, blond, American woman …

Health Care Discussion

So it passed 219-212….
As a Catholic, I’m disgusted that anyone who calls themselves either pro-life or Catholic voted for or supports this bill.  As of today there will be no taxpayer money going to fund abortions, but this was simply an executive order, not actual legislation, therefore it can be repealed today, tomorrow or any time down the road.  But even if this executive order stays, the government can still give money to private organizations that fund abortions, therefore; this bill will fund abortions.
As a woman….I just hope I never …

Attorney General Eric Holder recently said that we’ll be reading Miranda Rights to the corpse of Osama bin Laden, saying that the likelihood of bin Laden being captured alive is “infinitesimal.”  When asked in Congress whether he would put Osama on trial, he responded that the reality of the situation was that there will never be a trial because bin Laden will have already been killed.
I agree with Mr. Holder in the fact that he will not be taken alive, I believe that either we will kill him in …

Tea Partiers or Tea Crashers?

Tea Partiers or Tea Crashers?
By Ashton Brown
I am a former member of the Tea Party movement.  I was one of the estimated million plus attendees at the protest in Washington, DC in September of 2009.  I quickly jumped on the bandwagon with these enraged Americans because I am one of them.  But, with the future of the Republican Party at stake I had to make the decision to leave the Tea Party unfashionably early.
The Tea Party is a group of Americans throwing their support behind ideals of fiscal conservatism and …
